I bought these for my parents and in laws for Christmas. The steak arrived on time, and each was "over-the-moon" with the gift. I will do it again next year. I gave it 4 stars because of price. I'm pretty sure this is not Kobe beef, but maybe I'm wrong. It had better per game.

I love the flavor in these. So great for salads, hamburgers or BLT's. They are thin but the flavor is as robust as a thick sliced bacon and meatier.I just heated them in a paper towel for 15 seconds in the microwave. No need to heat them at all if you prefer them cold. They are totally cooked and look great too. Also easy to separate from each other the way they are packed. Sooo..... much nicer than getting grease all over the stove while frying bacon and no hot grease splatter burns while cooking.UPDATE: It's been 8 months and I just fininshed the last pieces and they are as fresh tasting and crisp as the first day I got them even after being frozen all this time in the baggy they came in. I don't keep the boxes. Easily can crisp these up in just 40 seconds in the microwave on a paper towel to pat dry and use for small pieces in stuffed potato toppings, salads, pizza, etc. (I use a paper towel on top of them too when heating to help soak up the grease as it comes and keep spraying the microwave.)

The Southwest Chipotle Lime Seasoning is great. I have used it on grilled fish, barbecued fish, and grilled and barbecued chicken. It adds a very nice spicy hot flavor along with a dash of lime. It really enhances grilled or barbecued food.

When my favorite "Chile-Lime" Seasoning was discontinued last year I went in search of a replacement. The subject replacement product turned out to be better. I highly recommend this tasty product.
